__* 101 01.01 Genesis 창세기
In the beginning, when God created the heavens and the earth
and the earth was without form or shape, with darkness over the abyss and a mighty wind sweeping over the waters.
태초에 하느님께서 하늘과 땅을 창조하였다.
땅은 아직 꼴을 갖추지 못하고 비어 있었는데
어둠이 심연을 덮고 하느님의 영이 그 물 위를 감돌고 있었다.
__* 101 02.16 Genesis 창세기
God gave the man this order. You are free to eat from any of the trees of the garden except the tree of knowledge of good and evil. From that tree you shall not eat, when you eat from it you shall die.
하느님께서는 사람에게 명령하였다. 너는 동산에 있는 모든 나무에서 열매를 따먹어도 된다. 그러나 선과 악을 알게 하는 나무에서는 따먹으면 안된다. 그열매를 따먹는 날 너는 반드시 죽을것이다.

결혼을 통하여 남자와 여자는 서로에게 결합된다.

Cain became a tiller of the ground. Abel became a herder of flocks. Cain brought an offering to God from the fruit of the ground. Abel brought the fatty portion of the firstlings of his flock. God looked with favor on Abel and his offering. God did not look with favor on Cain and his offering.
카인은 농부가 되었고 아벨은 양치기가 되었다. 카인은 땅의 소출을 주님께 제물로 바쳤다. 아벨은 양떼 가운데 맏배를 하느님께 제물로 바쳤다. 하느님께서는 아벨의 제물을 기꺼이 받으셨다. 하느님께서는 카인의 제물을 받지 아니하셨다.

If I find ten righteous people in the city of Sodom,
I will spare the whole place for their sake.
소돔에서 착한 사람 10명을 찾을수 있다면
그들을 보아서 소돔 전체를 용서해 주겠다.

( 율법의 말씀들을 존중하여 실천하지 않는 자는 저주를 받는다 )라고 선포하면, 온 백성은 ( 아멘 )하고 말해야 한다.

When David your days have been completed and you rest with your ancestors, I will raise up your offspring after you, sprung from your loins, and I will establish his kingdom. He it is who shall build a house for my name, and I will establish his royal throne forever. I will be a father to him, and he shall be a son to me. If he does wrong, I will reprove him with a human rod and with human punishments; but I will not withdraw my favor from him as I withdrew it from Saul who was before you. Your house and your kingdom are firm forever before me; your throne shall be firmly established forever.
다윗 너의 날수가 다차서 조상들과 함께 잠들게 될때, 네몸에서 나와 네뒤를 이을 후손을 내가 일으켜 세우고, 그의 나라를 튼튼하게 하겠다. 그는 나의 이름을 위하여 집을 짓고, 나는 그나라의 왕좌를 영원히 튼튼하게 할것이다. 나는 그의 아버지가 되고 그는 나의 아들이 될것이다. 그가 죄를 지으면 사람의 매와 인간의 채찍으로 그를 징벌하겠다. 그러나 일찍이 사울에게서 내자애를 거둔것과는 달리, 그에게서는 내자애를 거두지 않겠다. 너의 집안과 나라가 네앞에서 영원히 굳건해지고, 네왕좌가 영원히 튼튼하게 될것이다.
